Case InformationThe Lindsborg Municipal Court hears cases involving alleged violations of municipal ordinances legally enacted by the governing body of the city. The alleged violations must occur within the city limits. The municipal court has no civil jurisdiction and no power to decide disputes between private parties involving contracts, property rights, damage actions, divorce actions, child custody, or cases involving juveniles with the exception of traffic cases. Court InformationLindsborg Municipal Court is held the first and third Tuesday every month at 1:30 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room on the second floor of City Hall at 101 S. Main. As of January 1, 2016 Payment for Court Fees and Parking Tickets are submitted to the Safety Center, 102 South First Street. Cash, check, MasterCard or Visa credit and debit cards are accepted. |
