A new artistic, colorful, and creative event will be unveiled this April on the Välkommen Trail.

Chalk the Välk will turn the trail into a four and a half mile of "canvas" for artists of all ages to create their works of art. All are welcome to participate; registration in advance is required. Registration deadline is March 18, 2025.

• $10 registration per participant
• Square assignments will be given on the day of the event with final registration packet at Mabee Welcome Center on the Bethany College campus
• All participants must preregister online. No squares will be given out the day of.
• Schools will be pre-assigned squares as a school group.
• Up to four registered people can work on one square. (All four must be registered.)
• Squares measure approximately 10ft x 10ft
