Elmwood Cemetery is located on the east side of Lindsborg at 1501-1571 Swensson Ave. Management and oversight of the cemetery is provided by the cemetery board with members appointed by the Mayor with the consent of City Council.

Cemetery fees (effective May 1, 2025)

• Grave Space (Sections A thru I):  $400
• Open and Close grave:  Sexton Fee plus Interment or Inurnment fees
• Interment Fee (Full Body):  Paid to Funeral Home
• Inurnment Fee (Cremation):
  • Weekday $150
  • Weekend $300
• Sexton Fee:  $150
• Transfer Fee:  $40
• Monument Setting Fee:  $25

For Clarity:

• On a full body interment, the family will pay the Funeral Home to open and close the grave; and pay the Elmwood Cemetery the Sexton Fee.
